I seldom or never celebrate mid-autumn festival. Firstly, i am not a fan of mooncakes. I find it too sweet for my liking. But if you want to give me snow skin durian mooncakes, i do not mind.teehee. Secondly, my family do not celebrate the festival. Thirdly, i just do not celebrate the festival.haha.

However, this year is exceptional because of Lucas. I pestered Leonard to find a cheap and cute lantern for Lucas. We went Chinatown to search for the ideal lantern, They seriously trying to "tok" tourists money. It so expensive and I do not fancy the design with respect to the price.

Thus, we went to JW market to buy the chick lantern that only cost $3.90 whereas Chinatown is selling at $6 respectively. In addition, my mum and mil also bought lanterns for Lucas. In total, Lucas have 3 lanterns.

I have to hold 3 lanterns in my hand as Leonard is so embarrassed by them. tsktsk, MEN!

Just had durians for supper =x. Double Yummy. *slurp*. On Wednesday morning -3am, I ordered Mac-delivery. I am super hungry. oh well. Hope I can gain some weight.teehee.

Anyway, I been feeling spiritually low. Hoping to hear from Him. Whenever i feel down or confused, I always look for answers in Billy Graham website. On the outside people, I may have everything : loving family, hubby, Lucas, friends, degree qualification however I long to carve out my own career.

It was quite a tough decision letting go of the HR job of a well known company in town. The pay and benefit are attractive to me at least. However, the Lord spoke to me that Lucas will be my priority, It was indeed tough and i struggle till now. I want to work and climb the corporate ladder. But I also want to be there for Lucas, his first words, his first walk and many more. I do not want leave him with my mum, MIL or even childcare. I feel that he is my responsibility. It not easy taking care of your own, especially for first time mommies. I do not have the heart to leave him. I admire those women who can go out to work when their child is less than 2 years old. I find it a struggle to do so.

My hubby always assure me that once Lucas reach 2 years old, I can start searching for job. However, I am so bored at home now=x. Thus i read Billy Graham website for some answers.

I am spending my time worrying over earthly stuffs and spending money on stuffs that will only gave me short term satisfaction. Although I hear him, but i chose to ignore Him.

I need to focus back onto Him and learn to lean on his own understanding and not mine. He will always remain my first priority follow by my family:) Others stuffs can wait.

Stylepisode went to Supperclub for flea. Turn-out was pretty bad. It could be due to road was closed at Bras Basah or there were other fleas in other places as well. However, we had alot of fun. Saran, Yeo, Xiang as well as our sweetie Jo came down to accompany us:) My heart felt warmth when i saw my hubby talking to Jo, i love the fact that my close pals are able to click well with my hubby:) My hubby and close friends mean alot to me.

After which, we proceed to have steamboat at Bugis.teehee.I ate alot of hotdogs as usual. The heat literally melt my eye makeup. I will show you the photos after the ladies upload it. I was busy eating to take photos:) As usual, I was not full, my hubby brought me to Rocher road to take away beancurd as well as youtiao.  It brought back tons of memories. He used to bring me there after our movie dates as well as satisfied my cravings of beancurd when I was pregnant:)

Hubby brought me to Ah Yat Restaurant at Turf City to cheer me up:) The steamed fish is super fresh and yummy. However, I will not recommend the chili crab, it normal. I preferred crabs at No signboard or Jumbo. After that we proceed to Mustafa for window shopping. I enjoyed and treasure my alone time with my Hubby as we are always preoccupy with Lucas or he is busy with work:)

I be meeting my lovelies friends this weekend again for some shopping:) Have a bless weekend.

Let see why did i delay updating my blog

(1) Lazybones

(2) Busy shopping for Lucas's  weaning stuffs as well as his excersaucer.teehee

(3) Lucas caught a bug- gastroenteritis virus aka Stomach flu last weekend. He was having terrible tummyache and frequent diarrhoea. Last week, Leonard and I bought him to KKH twice and his pediatrician as he was not getting better. But Praise Lord, he is recovering now. Did you know that babies will take a week to recover from gastroenteritis virus.  My Lucas butt was so sore and reddish from the frequent bowels movement. My heart ache badly. I could not sleep well at night and I remember I cried myself to sleep as I saw how uncomfortable Lucas was. sigh.. But he getting better.

(4) My dear hubby slipped and fell, he hit his head. We rushed down to NUH but luckily he is fine except for a "baluku" at the top of his head as well as stiff neck.

(5) Reading alot recently to occupy my time.

I can't get my lazybones to update this space.teehee. so many photos but i will do another time =x

More important things first, such as Stylepisode is launching this Wednesday @ 8.30pm. Extremely Vivi-inspired. I been buying VIVI magazine for ages, the pretty models, the clothes, the accessories. You name it, it so different from Singapore magazine.  I think i have stop buying Singapore magazine publication except 8days for 2 years. I just love reading about another countries fashion as well as news.teehee.

You know what i love about this collection!! THE MAXIS DRESS. Remember my last last last, dunno how many post backs, i was telling you how much i love maxis dress. We managed to find one that resemble the VIVI magazine.teehee. Amy, ally & I agree that the maxis dress is really love. The colour is so unique. Pair it with hat, you are really for beach or even to town (that what i do often).

On the another note, Lucas had turn over by himself.*clapclap*. Another milestone for him.

Leonard had bought me a Kate spade bag.haha. super pretty and love. I am waiting for it to arrive to SG from USA.
